We’re all pretty darned good at arguing as if we know we’re right. That’s easy. Listening though… That’s whole different thing. Listening at all is a challenge for most people. Forget about listening while thinking that maybe, just maybe we might be wrong. That’s really difficult. But that’s not the perspective being offered here.

Next time you find yourself in a debate, go ahead and feel free to argue as if you know you’re right. BUT… At the same time, try listening as if you know you’re wrong.
