This is Intentionally Vicarious… I’m Todd Youngblood… And I was just sitting here at my desk pondering aimlessly… And for whatever reason I started thinking about the difference between simple-minded and simple. Simple-minded is annoying at best. Simple on the hand is more versatile. Simple can be boring, or… it can be wonderfully satisfying. Oliver Wendell Holmes captured the essence of this idea brilliantly.

“The simplicity on this side of complexity is appealing, but worthless. Greatness is achieved only by reaching the simplicity on the other side of complexity.”

We all need to stay on the right side of complexity!
